Don Ramage founded IBSI in 1993. The office was located in the Philadelphia Area within Collegeville, Pennsylvania. At the outset Don was the only employee working every role. Over time his hard work and dedication has let them to grow to more than 5 employees, 15 consultants and 10 agents.
